Daksha is a Kripalu 200-Hr certified yoga instructor and wellness practitioner with over 6 years experience, and has taught restorative yoga, meditation and mindfulness at the workplace.
All of you are working extremely hard to acquire more customers, raise more funding, refine and build your product, but remember to take breaks, stretch, reduce neck/shoulder tension, and prevent that tech neck (or you'll start walking like an awkward giraffe)!!
